Scrambling can be thought of as advanced hillwalking or easy climbing. It is the blend between the two allowing faster movement than rock climbing, through interesting terrain and steepening ground.
Using harnesses and a climbing rope allows more confidence and a much greater level of safety.

Scrambling opens up a whole new world to the hillwalker. Allowing such expeditions as the Aonach Eagach ridge in Glencoe or the Cullin ridge traverse in Skye to be undertaken.

The Northwest Highlands of Scotland has some real gems tucked away in lost corries, so why not come and try something a little bit different. An Teallach, Cul Mor, Stac Pollaidh, Suilven to name but a few.
There is more than one way up a mountain after all.
